Standard rooms average 640 square feet with a lanai of about 86, in five categories from Garden to Prime Corner Oceanfront. Most sleep three adults, or two adults and two children. Club rooms add the Club Lounge, which the resort calls the largest in the Four Seasons portfolio, with food and drinks from 6:30 AM to 8 PM. No room has a kitchen.

The 55 suites start at about 1,000 square feet for a studio, and one-bedrooms run 1,200 to 2,040. The Pacific Suite has a private plunge pool, the Sunset Suites sit closest to the ocean in one to three bedrooms, and the 3,200-square-foot Penthouse on the 17th floor sleeps six adults.

There are four pools and no slides. The adults-only infinity pool (8 AM to 9 PM) has the swim-up bar and a jacuzzi. The Ohana Pool is in the middle of the resort beside Waterman Bar, the Keiki Pool is shallow with a pebbled bottom that runs to the sand, and the spa has a 62-foot lap pool. Cabanas come with a food and drink credit ($200 at the adult pool, $75 at the others), but their rental prices aren’t published.

Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre covers 35,000 square feet on four levels, with 14 treatment rooms, three of them open-air hale, and a menu that leans Hawaiian, from lomilomi massage to treatments for kids and teens. The health club has a sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

The resort sits on one of Ko Olina’s four man-made lagoons. The sand is open to the public, with free public lots at each lagoon from sunrise to sunset, and there are no lifeguards; see how to check whether it’s safe to swim. Beach services lend guests paddleboards and snorkel gear at no charge, and beach daybeds can be booked.

Kids For All Seasons is free for ages 5 to 12, every day from 9 AM to 5 PM; bring proof of age for a five-year-old. Camp Manitou runs seasonal outings for ages 9 to 17. Daily Hawaiian workshops cover lei making, lauhala weaving and canoe sailing. There are tennis and pickleball courts, and guest privileges at Ko Olina Golf Club.

Eight places to eat and drink, all open as of September 2026. Mina’s Fish House, from chef Michael Mina, is the dinner headliner (resort-elegant dress after dark). Noe does Southern Italian, La Hiki serves breakfast and lunch, and Mānalo Lounge serves sushi by the water. The bars are Waterman by the Ohana Pool, Dr. Mai Tai’s at the adult pool and five | one | six on the roof. Kids 4 and under eat free at the four main restaurants, and in-room dining runs 24 hours.

Ko Olina Station, a walk away, has Island Country Market (groceries, wine and beer, 6 AM to 11 PM), Monkeypod Kitchen and Eggs ’n Things, and Roy’s Ko Olina is at the golf club. • Bring proof of age for a five-year-old. Kids club check-in asks for a birth certificate, a passport or a photo of one.
• Flying out late? The Arrival and Departure Lounge has showers and bag storage.
• Plan the rooftop bar. five | one | six opens Wednesday to Sunday only, 4:30 to 8 PM.
• Rent a car for the driving days only. Enterprise has a desk at the resort, and valet is $55 a night.
