What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, a set of hours, a trail condition, or a
closure has changed, tell us. Include the page and what you saw on the ground. Firsthand
corrections are the fastest way our guides get better. - Trip questions. We cannot plan a whole trip by email, but if you are
stuck on one decision we will point you at the right guide. - Partnerships and advertising. Tell us who you are and what you have
in mind. - Press and syndication. Requests to quote or republish our work.
- Privacy requests. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it,
email us with the address you signed up with. See our
Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not a travel agency and we do not sell tours, rentals, or hotel rooms. If you
booked through a link on this Site, your reservation is with that company, not with us, so
changes, cancellations, and refunds have to go through them directly. Our
