Oahu Night Markets: What Runs When
Oahu has no night market that runs every night. It has a Monday market in Waikīkī, a Friday waterfront market in Kakaʻako, and a handful of weekly and monthly ones around the island. This guide covers the ones confirmed for fall 2026, by day of the week, with hours, parking and a plain verdict for visitors.

Quick Answer
In Waikīkī: Mondays, 4 to 8 p.m., at Waikiki Beach Walk. Fridays, 4 to 9 p.m., at Honolulu Harbor Nights in Kakaʻako Makai, under ten minutes by car, with the Hilton fireworks at 7:45. The big Honolulu Night Market ran July 18, and no fall date was posted when we checked. Farther out: Pearlridge on Saturdays, Wai Kai on Thursdays, Windward Mall on second Fridays. We found no Tuesday or Sunday evening market.
Oahu Night Markets by Day of the Week
Each market below was confirmed on its organizer’s own page or event calendar on October 14, 2026. Drive times are our own count from the Duke Kahanamoku statue in Waikīkī, with no traffic. These are outdoor events, so check the organizer’s Instagram the day you go.

The Honolulu Night Market: Is It Running This Fall?
Most people searching for the Honolulu Night Market mean Our Kakaʻako’s street festival. The 2026 edition we can find ran Saturday, July 18, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Our Kakaʻako, 660 Ala Moana Boulevard (Kamehameha Schools listing). We found no fall date. Honolulu Magazine described it in 2025 as a twice-a-year event, in June and November (Honolulu Magazine), so a late date is possible, but none had been announced. Check the Our Kakaʻako site before you plan around it.
If your dates fall between editions, the weekly markets below do most of the same job on a smaller scale.
Visitor verdict
Go if a date lands in your trip. Do not plan a trip around it, because no date is posted.

Waikiki Makers Market: Mondays at Beach Walk
This is the one night market inside Waikīkī. Island Craft Fairs runs it every Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Waikiki Beach Walk, on Lewers Street between Kalākaua Avenue and Kālia Road (Beach Walk), and lists Mondays through December 28 (Island Craft Fairs). The listing promises handcrafted items, permanent jewelry, prepackaged and cooked food and desserts, and live entertainment, with free admission to shoppers. Music is scheduled in two sets, at 5 and 6:30 p.m.
Parking at Beach Walk is $8 for four hours with a validation and $4 per half hour without. The free valet runs only 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., before the market opens (Beach Walk parking). Most visitors will walk; our Waikiki parking guide covers the rest.
Visitor verdict
Go if you are staying in Waikīkī on a Monday and want local-made gifts or an easy evening with no car. Skip it if you want a street-food crowd: this is a craft market with food on the side.
Honolulu Harbor Nights: Fridays in Kakaʻako
This is the Friday market closest to Waikīkī. Honolulu Harbor Nights runs every Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the old Fisherman’s Wharf in Kakaʻako Makai, 1011 Ala Moana Boulevard. Gates open at 4, music plays from 4:30 to 6:30 and again from 7 to 9, and the calendar lists Fridays through December 25 (Ka Wai Ola calendar). By our count it is 3.3 miles, about 9 minutes by car, from central Waikīkī.
Honolulu Magazine visited in 2024 and reported free on-site parking, food trucks and craft vendors, deck seating that fills early, and Waikīkī’s Friday fireworks going off at 7:45 p.m. over the market’s tents (Honolulu Magazine, 2024). The show is Hilton Hawaiian Village’s; our Waikiki fireworks guide has the details. Check the market’s Instagram first, since the calendar lists Christmas Day and we cannot say that one will run.
Visitor verdict
The best fit for a Waikīkī visitor: food, music and the fireworks in one stop, under ten minutes from the hotels. Arrive before 7 p.m. if you want a seat.

Art + Flea: First Fridays at Capitol Modern
Art + Flea turns the galleries and sculpture garden at Capitol Modern, 250 South Hotel Street downtown, into a market on the first Friday of each month, 5 to 9 p.m. (November 6 and December 4). Admission is free and all ages are welcome. On the third Friday the same venue hosts Island Pulse, an evening of island roots and reggae, also free (Art + Flea).
One date moves. On Friday, November 20, Art + Flea sets up at Bishop Museum from 4 to 9 p.m. for the opening of a new Hawaiʻi Walls exhibition, free and all ages. Its page does not say whether Island Pulse still runs at Capitol Modern that night, and it lists no parking. The museum’s posted parking fee is $16 per vehicle for non-residents (Bishop Museum directions); the event page does not say whether it applies.
Visitor verdict
Go if you like art, vintage and independent makers more than food stalls. It is a downtown evening, so pair it with dinner in Chinatown or downtown, and confirm the date on its page.
Evening Farmers’ Markets: Wednesday and Thursday
The Hawaii Farm Bureau runs two evening sessions: Wednesdays from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu, and Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m. at Kailua Town Center. Both list ample free parking (Hawaii Farm Bureau). The page lists no vendors, so we cannot say how much hot food each has.
Visitor verdict
Skip on a short trip unless you have a kitchen or want fruit to take to the beach. Kailua on a Thursday works if you are already on the Windward side.
Pearlridge Village Market: Saturdays in ʻAiea
Every Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., Pearlridge Center puts food trucks, craft and retail vendors, seating, live music and a beer garden in its parking lot along Kamehameha Highway (Pearlridge). The event page calls the spot the mauka lot in its header and the Wai Makai lot in its text, so look for the signs. Honolulu Magazine lists admission as free (2025 roundup). It is 14 miles, about 27 minutes by car, from Waikīkī.
Visitor verdict
Go if you are staying near the airport or Pearl Harbor, or want a Saturday night with a beer garden. From Waikīkī it is a long drive for a mall parking lot.
Koolau Night Market: Second Fridays at Windward Mall
Island Craft Fairs runs this one on the second Friday of the month, 5 to 9 p.m., at Windward Mall in Kāneʻohe, with food trucks, retail artisans, free admission to shoppers and live music at 6 and 7:30 (Island Craft Fairs). The only fall date posted is Friday, November 13. It is 14.7 miles, about 31 minutes by car, from Waikīkī.
Visitor verdict
Go if you are based on the Windward side. Do not cross the Koʻolau for it from Waikīkī.
Wai Kai Thursday Night Market in ʻEwa Beach
Wai Kai, the surf venue at 91-1621 Keoneula Boulevard, holds its market every Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. (Wai Kai). The operator’s page does not list admission or parking; Honolulu Magazine reported both free in 2025 (2025 roundup). It is about 25 miles, 45 minutes by car, from Waikīkī to ʻEwa Beach.
Visitor verdict
Go if your Thursday is already on the west side, near Ko Olina or Kapolei. Skip it from Waikīkī.

On a Friday, Harbor Nights and the fireworks fit in one evening; for the rest of the Waikīkī week, see things to do in Waikiki and free things to do in Waikiki. If you want to eat first, our Oahu food tour guide sorts the island by area.
These are outdoor events that cancel for wind and rain, so check the organizer’s Instagram that afternoon.
